Last updated: August 22, 2026.

Key summary

SG Hub Market includes free resources and paid digital products, identified individually on each listing.

Donations are optional and are handled separately from purchases of paid digital products.

Some tools temporarily process files on servers, and generated results should be reviewed before use.

SG Hub is not a permanent storage service and does not replace professional advice.

1. Acceptance of the terms

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of SG Hub, including the website, user accounts, online tools, Market, templates, artificial intelligence directory, blog and other available resources.

By accessing the website, creating an account or using any SG Hub feature, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these terms, the Privacy Policy and the other policies published on the website.

Users who do not agree with these conditions should stop using SG Hub.

2. Operator and purpose of SG Hub

SG Hub is a digital project developed by Santiago Gretter Software Studio from Montevideo, Uruguay.

The platform is intended to provide online tools, digital resources, templates, guides, educational content, technology and artificial intelligence information, and utilities designed to simplify practical tasks.

SG Hub does not operate as a legal, accounting, financial, medical or tax advisory service and does not provide personalized professional advice.

3. User accounts

Some tools and resources may require a free user account.

Users must provide accurate information and keep the details required to use their account reasonably up to date. Creating accounts under false identities, impersonating another person or using third-party information without authorization is prohibited.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials, sessions and devices. Activity performed through an account will be considered associated with that account unless unauthorized access is reported promptly.

SG Hub may restrict, suspend or close accounts where there are reasonable indications of fraud, abuse, malicious automation, violation of these terms, security risks or harm to other users.

4. Online tools

SG Hub tools are provided to facilitate conversions, calculations, analysis, resource generation and other digital tasks.

Some tools operate directly inside the user's browser. Other tools require information or files to be temporarily sent to SG Hub processing infrastructure.

Results may vary depending on the original file, format, structure, quality, size, password protection, content, browser, device or technology used.

SG Hub aims to keep its tools available and functional, but does not guarantee results identical to the original file, absolute accuracy, compatibility with every application or suitability for a particular purpose.

Users must review results before using, publishing, printing, sharing or incorporating them into professional, legal, commercial or administrative processes.

5. Uploaded files and processing

Users retain ownership of and responsibility for the files they upload to SG Hub.

By submitting a file, the user authorizes SG Hub and its technical service providers to temporarily store, copy and process it to the extent necessary to perform the requested operation.

This authorization is limited, technical and exclusively related to providing the tool, maintaining security, identifying errors and making the result available for download.

SG Hub must not be treated as a permanent file storage, backup or document custody service. Users are responsible for downloading and keeping their own copy of the result.

Temporary files may be deleted automatically after the configured operational period expires, without any obligation to recover them afterward.

6. Prohibited files and content

Users may not upload, process, distribute or attempt to use SG Hub with illegal, malicious or fraudulent files or content, or content that violates third-party rights.

  • Malware, viruses, destructive code or files designed to compromise systems.
  • Content obtained, copied or distributed without authorization where authorization is required.
  • Third-party personal information processed without a legitimate basis or appropriate permission.
  • Material that infringes copyright, trademarks, trade secrets or other intellectual property rights.
  • Content used to commit fraud, impersonation, harassment, threats or unlawful activities.
  • Files intended to test, attack, overload or bypass SG Hub security measures.
  • Extremely sensitive documentation where the user has not assessed the risks of using an online service.

7. Acceptable use and technical limits

Users agree to use SG Hub responsibly and in accordance with applicable law.

Mass automated requests, identifier manipulation, bypassing file size or frequency limits, abusive credential sharing, interference with processing queues and attempts to access another user's jobs are prohibited.

SG Hub may establish limits based on file, tool, account, IP address, period or available capacity. These limits may be modified to maintain platform stability, security and availability.

Jobs may be rejected, cancelled or deleted when they exceed technical limits, use unsupported formats, present a security risk or cannot be processed correctly.

8. Market and digital resources

SG Hub Market may include free resources and paid digital products. Each listing must state, where applicable, the price, currency, access conditions, author or provider, and applicable license.

Free access or the purchase of a digital product does not transfer full intellectual property ownership or authorize users to resell, mass republish, sublicense or present the resource as their own creation unless the published license expressly states otherwise.

Each resource may include specific conditions of use, available formats, limitations or attribution requirements. Resources may be published directly by SG Hub or by approved authors within the marketplace. Where specific conditions exist, they supplement these terms.

For paid products, download access is enabled once payment is accredited according to the status reported by the payment provider. SG Hub may modify, replace or remove resources from future sale where necessary, without prejudice to rights that may apply to completed purchases under applicable law and the relevant terms.

9. Donations and voluntary support

Some tools or resources may display a link allowing users to make a donation or provide voluntary support through Ko-fi or another external platform.

Donations are entirely optional. They are not payments for a file, do not condition access to a free resource and do not create a subscription, additional license or right to priority support.

Payments, payment methods, receipts, currency conversion and conditions applying to a donation are managed by the corresponding external platform.

Unless the payment platform or applicable law provides otherwise, a voluntary donation does not represent the purchase of a digital product through SG Hub.

10. Templates and documents

Templates and documents published on SG Hub are general models designed to simplify administrative, personal, professional or commercial tasks.

They do not constitute personalized legal, accounting, tax, financial, employment or professional advice.

Users must review, complete and adapt every document to their circumstances, country, activity, requirements and applicable regulations before using it.

SG Hub does not guarantee that a template will be accepted by public authorities, businesses, banks, courts or other institutions.

11. Blog, guides and editorial content

Articles, tutorials, comparisons, explanations and guides are provided for informational and educational purposes.

Although SG Hub aims to review content before publication, information may contain errors, become outdated or fail to address every possible situation.

Users should confirm important information through official sources or professional advice when a decision may have legal, financial, technical, medical or commercial consequences.

Content may be updated, corrected, reorganized or removed in accordance with the SG Hub Editorial Policy.

12. Artificial intelligence

SG Hub may publish information about third-party artificial intelligence tools and may also provide features that use external AI services.

Prices, plans, features and conditions of external tools may change without notice. Users should verify the information directly on the provider's official website.

Artificial intelligence-generated or assisted results may contain errors, omissions, bias or incorrect interpretations.

Users are responsible for reviewing results before using them and should not submit sensitive, confidential or protected information without authorization.

13. Intellectual property

The design, code, brand, logos, original texts, structure, proprietary tools, interfaces and resources developed for SG Hub are protected by the applicable intellectual property rights.

Users may use the tools and download resources under the published conditions, but do not acquire ownership of the platform or its source code.

Systematic copying of the website, reproduction of its interfaces, resale of tools, mass extraction of content, removal of attribution and use of the SG Hub brand in a manner likely to cause confusion are prohibited.

Third-party names, trademarks, images and content remain the property of their respective owners.

15. Advertising

SG Hub may display advertisements provided by Google AdSense or other advertising services.

The presence of an advertisement does not mean that SG Hub guarantees, recommends or endorses the advertised product, company or service.

Advertisements should remain distinguishable from editorial content, tools, results and download buttons.

Technologies used to serve or measure advertising are also governed by the Privacy Policy and the consent options available to users.

16. Availability, maintenance and modifications

SG Hub may modify, update, suspend or permanently or temporarily remove any tool, route, resource or feature.

Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, errors, provider limitations, infrastructure failures, high demand or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of SG Hub.

Continuous availability, error-free operation and permanent preservation of files, jobs, resources or history are not guaranteed.

SG Hub may implement security or operational changes without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform and its users.

17. Limitation of liability

SG Hub is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SG Hub will not be liable for file loss, formatting changes, inaccurate results, incompatibilities, interruptions, decisions made from published content or damage resulting from misuse of the platform.

Users are responsible for maintaining backups, checking generated files, protecting sensitive information and determining whether a tool or resource is suitable for their intended purpose.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.

18. User responsibility toward third parties

Users are responsible for having the rights, permissions and authorizations required for the files and content they process.

Where a user's use of SG Hub violates rights, causes damage or results in third-party claims, that user remains responsible for their conduct under applicable law.

SG Hub may cooperate with legally valid requests related to unlawful activity, fraud, security or rights infringement.

19. Privacy and data protection

The handling of accounts, files, technical data, cookies, analytics, advertising and communications is explained in the SG Hub Privacy Policy.

Users should review that policy before uploading files or creating an account.
